Shipping policy

Order processing times

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible within the timeframes below. The cut-off time for orders is 2pm GMT. Any order after that time may need to be processed the following day.

Flat-pack inserts: 1 day

Assembled flat-pack inserts: 2 days

For stained inserts, add 2 days to the above timescales as they are made to order.

 

UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for shipping all orders to the UK.

If you prefer a faster service, we offer an optional upgrade to Tracked 24 (next working day after dispatch date).

If your delivery is overdue, please get in touch with us after 7 working days of the estimated delivery date of your order. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until this time has passed.

 

US Shipping

We use Royal Mail International Tracked for shipping all orders to United States. We are responsible for the risks and costs involved in the shipping process (Delivery Duty Paid – DDP). This includes any applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges.

For orders being dispatched to US, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-7 working days after dispatch date.

If your delivery is overdue, please get in touch with us after 25 working days of the estimated delivery date of your order. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until this time has passed.

 

Europe shipping

We are IOSS registered, which means that VAT is included in our web store prices for eligible EU purchases. EU orders with value of less than 150€ are charged only import VAT and do not incur customs duties (Delivery Duty Paid - DDP).

For deliveries to Italy and Romania, a local handling fee may apply depending on how the parcel is processed by the carrier. We work to minimise surprises and will always aim to keep charges predictable.

For orders with value 150€ or more, customers will need to pay import VAT and any applicable duties upon delivery (Delivery Duty Unpaid - DDU).

If preferred, you can divide larger orders into smaller shipments under the €150 threshold to ensure faster customs processing and smoother delivery.

For orders being dispatched to Europe, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-5 working days after dispatch date.

If your delivery is overdue, please get in touch with us after 20 working days of the estimated delivery date of your order. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until this time has passed.

 

Rest of the World shipping

We use Royal Mail International Tracked for shipping all international orders.

For orders being dispatched to the Rest of the World, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-7 working days after dispatch date.

If your delivery is overdue, please get in touch with us after 25 working days of the estimated delivery date of your order. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until this time has passed.

 

General notes

Please ensure you check the address you have provided for delivery. If in doubt contact us to confirm. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide a refund if an incorrect address is supplied.

Outside of the EU and US which are covered above, the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs in shipments without DDP postage.
